Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri is an Indian actress, who gained notoriety for her roles in Hum Aapke hain Koun and Beta Saajan. In the 1980s, she made her debut in acting and was a hit with her part of Tezaab. In the film, she was portrayed by an established actor Anil Kapooor. In the following film, she was a part of Aamir on Dil. Born into a Mumbai middle class family. She started dancing at a young age. When she was young when she began to act, she faced difficulties as most of her films were flops. The actress gained fame and was one of India's most prominent film actors. After her wedding, she took a career break prior to returning to the entertainment industry. She was also an integral role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggle of women throughout India. Dixit is nominated in 15 Filmfare Awards. Of these, she has won 8.
